As far as I know the only limitation is disk space for the file. The stats panel has a "Disk Full (approx)" flag you can watch. I recorded an hour long video call once that used a service called "court call". It was piped into OBS for the sole purpose of recording the call. 1.5 hours was not an issue. The file was huge. I cropped the crap out of it and only kept the parts that were pertinent to me.
Vimeo is in the direct stream list of OBS. I am guessing that makes using it with OBS a yes by default.
