Hello there!
I’m new on the forum. I’ve recently switched from a cheap hdmi-usb interface to’ anche Elgato Cam-link 4K. I’m capturing from a Panasonic g90.
Even in I acquire 1080p le 2160p (both 30fps). The video is glitching in OBS. This Was not happening with the previous interface (working at 1080p only).
I think I tried with al the settings with in OBS.
With Elgato 4K capture utility, the video seems to be ok.
I also tried with my MacBook Pro 2019 and everything is work in Well even with OBS.
With my test’s resulta I’m now escluding:
- USB\PC issue because video is ok with Elgato software
- camera/cable problema as they are working Well both with Elgato SW and on Mac.
- cam-link problem as it is working properly on Mac.
For sake Of completeness, I’m running Windows 11 on a ryzen 5900x, 64gb ram, nvidia 3070, Samsung 980 pro nvme.
Tried all settings in OBS…
I’m concluding that there’s some problem in OBS when using Elgato cam-link on Windows?
Do you ha e any suggestion/troubleshooting?
Thanks!
