Question / Help League of Legends stuttering with 60 fps while OBS is open

So I tried with lots of settings, tried with game capture, windows capture, screen capture. Still stuttering with 60 (!!!) fps with capturing, with OBS is open. Now I tried a little different settings.

Spec:

i3-3240
8GB RAM
Integrated Graphics

turn off gaming mode in windows' settings

Thank you so much!!! It works! It is a bit laggy with high recording settings but now I will buy a graphics card. Thanks!
