Question / Help League of Legends lags with OBS open

So, looking through google i seem to have an idea of whats causing the problem. I have a 144hz monitor as my main and a 60hz as my second. Before i got the new monitor, i was using 2 60hz and streaming was fine. Will i have to use my new monitor at 60hz to be able to stream or is there another way?
