When I play League and Stream at the same time, I often get this weird jitter (For instance, If I pan the screen there's almost a screen tearing)
The game runs perfectly when I am not using OBS.

My FPS is fine, it's primarily visual (Pixellation becomes blurry/choppier & There's more visible input lag).
Keep in mind, this problem is inconsistent, it will sometimes go away if I restart my computer, usually doesn't go away when I restart League of Legends or OBS.
