Question / Help League of Legends flickering hud

[Flappy Verb]

My League footage has it's hud flickering. i searched on Google to find the fix, I tried game capture but no luck. I can't use borderless because my fps will be 10 fps when I'm recording.

Use "Windowed Borderless" from the in-game video settings. ;)
