So I recently got back into streaming and I've streamed with League before with 0 issues. Suddenly though idk if it's because of a recent update or not but my game lags horribly with massive stutters whenever I have OBS open. This happens regardless of me recording, streaming, or even capturing the window at all. The client itself is also perfectly fine. For full reference I am using Stream Elements with OBS. If anyone knows why this is happening please tell me.
Edit: I figured it out. I was being silly and didn't realize I was capturing it in one of my nested scenes. Changing to display capture instead of game capture has fixed it.
