So, I've had this issue for awhile now. When I open OBS and play a game of league, it feels like the game becomes locked at 60 fps despite showing ~200. I have an i7 4790k and a GTX 970, so the problem isn't with my hardware. I use quicksync to record with, so it's not OBS slowing it down.
The only think I can attribute this to is the preview window vsyncing the game to 60fps. When I turn off the preview window, the game returns to normal performance. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Haven't been able to fix it despite trying everything I can.
