leaderboard for youtube stream

i run a esports youtube channel. i need overlay for leader board like tops and updating by manual inputs.
ex : a bike race, 10contenders, laederboard to be shown and players names can be moved up and down based on position
but my requirement is for PUBG, team with max kills leads the board. any help appreciated
