Layer Folder Feature

This might be a handy feature to add for streamers with custom layers.
Add a button so you can add multiple layers in one group and move them as one within the scene.
This works more intuitively then selecting multiple layers with the select key and moving those along.
This also reduces the overhead of the user not having them to select these layers over and over again.
