LaView IP webcam setup

Help please. I have an LaView webcam with an IP address, and have no idea how to get it in as a source. I installed NDI plugin but not sure if that's what I'm supposed to do?

They have a free DNS service to connect to the camera but I can't even figure out how to see it once I set up the DNS. I don't know about networking.

I suppose worst case if i can only view it on my phone can I use something to stream the phone content? NDI or obsninja that people talk about?
