Launch Bug & related crash

Often on launch I get a blank program preview. I can toggle it ect ect, no dice.
I can open up the preview and see everything is there. and working.
once there if i try to transition it crashes.
the workaround is to quit (usually force quit) and restart, and its fine.
I do have quite a heavy load, but id love for this to function as it always has
this has been happening since late 26, and even in 27.2.1

Might want to take a look here:

New update with Streamelements plugin does not allow me to edit Twitch stream title/catagory/tags

If I sign out of my twitch Account and link it again, I can get the stream information dock, but if I close OBS and then open it again, the dock is gone, and cannot be accessed through menus until twitch account is unlinked and then linked again. Log file is...

Also, you're using StreamFX. It's better to wait to update OBS until Xaymar either updates SFX or confirms that the current version works without issue.

Thanks man, I'm really only using the StreamElements as a browser source, Im not using their studio plugin or anything like that, I had installed it a few years ago, hopefully its not lurking in my OBS build somewhere, I might have to roll back StreamFX, I actully JUST installed this update from StreamFX maybe a week ago, and was having this issue well before it.
I just got used to starting, force-quitting, fixed as my workflow, lol

Bug Report - w32-pthreads.dll crash

Yo, I've been having random crashes with all of them blaming w32-pthreads.dll. It usually happens after a lil' while, sometimes it takes longer, sometimes it happens already after 1 min. Here's the latest crash log:

best make a fresh install without plugins. delete the complete obs folder and reinstall OBS settings and scenes are in the appdata folder.

try to use no so many filters !

Lol! You know that's the solution I wasn't ready to hear, right? LOL. Actually with Lioranboard2 out, the next Twitch API and OBS websocket, I was considering a back to formula move, its just hard with 2 years of design work into all the lil extras of my stream/broadcast, Ive caught a few award nominations for the visual and interactive elements, and it kills me to start over....

but most people in the know, have looked at my reports, and been like "WTF is all this dude?" LOL

so, fresh install.. all the plugins are up to date for 27.2.2 (as far as i can tell)
and with 1 source, this STILL HAPPENS.
I lose the image in preview, followed by a crash.
