Question / Help Latest Version Of OBS Won't Load Up

I recently download the latest version of OBS (21.1 I think it was) and now clicking on it it just wont load up.

When looking at Task manager it seems OBS tries to load up but then "Windows Problem Reporting" shows up and they both go away.
