Bit of background - Previously I used OBS to record work done on my DAW (Digital Audio Workstation), I have a 4GB GPU, i7 with 16 GB RAM.
Never had any problems running the DAW software (Reaper) and OBS together, I use the hardware NVENC setting, mp4, 1080p, Indistinguishable quality.
Since the last update, which I got only around 30 minutes ago, I am unable to record from the DAW, when I start recording with OBS it causes the DAW to lag considerably to the point where the video is useless as the lag caused is not showing what needs to be shown in the video.
As I said, never had any issues prior to the update - so obviously something in the update has caused this to eventuate.
For the record, I have tried various settings, of encoding, even down to 720p (which I don't wish to use, but just for testing purposes I did this) and the problem still persisted. Any help would be appreciate as I need to be able to record my DAW and have several projects that need to be completed within the next few days.
