Question / Help Latest patch broke stream (encoding issue)

So for a couple of days now I've been able to stream GTA Online pretty well without many issues, I downloaded the latest patch for OBS studio today and suddenly it's a slideshow for anyone watching. What went wrong and how do I fix it? It says that there's an issue with encoding and that I should lower the settings but that's clearly not the case since it's worked flawlessly before.

And what about this? How you want to resolve this? What actions you take first?

No I don't. This experiments with different application versions that I was suggested to you is not a solution. It is only way to get additional info to you. It cannot magically solve the problem you have. The differences between v0.15.0 and v0.15.1 are negligible.

You'll need to have standard predefined input, constant settings and stable system. Only in this way you could compare performance. If your system updates, your security software updates, you changed scenes, you run game in other level, you have different number of players in the game, you depend on ISP, you depend on server (youtube, twitch etc.), your CPU throttles due to overheat or any other take place then OBS Studio support cannot resolve your issue.

Well I don't know what to tell ya man, the issues started after the update, nothing else was different. Internet was fine, I was playing with the same people, pc had been restarted, program had been reinstalled. CPU was at maybe 20-25%, the game was running fine at 60fps, the preview window for obs studio showed it at a steady 30fps, I wasn't dropping any frames. Literally the only difference was the version of obs studio. I'll try out using the previous version like YOU suggested, and if it works, it works.

...Swamp gas from a weather balloon was trapped in a thermal pocket, and refracted light from Venus.

Can you delete 'Game Capture' and create new one in v0.15.1 after update?

Yes, duplicate Scene Collection and destroy all unneeded sources, recreate 'Game Capture' for your current game. You can do even more experiments with duplicated collection (remove/add filters etc.) to isolate issue.

I'm about to eat and then go live now that it's working again, but after the stream or tomorrow I'll go ahead and do this.
