Question / Help Latest OBS Update Won't Load

So I updated to the most recent OBS update & now OBS won't even open up. My camera's light's turn on then off & the program doesn't open. Any help would be appreciated!!! Need this to open by tomorrow!

Looks like 24.0.1 just won't work for my system. Rolled back to 23.0.2
