Question / Help Latest OBS Studio Could not find any D3DCompiler Libraries?

I have just installed the latest OBS Studio and went to launch it, but it keeps giving me an error, I have attached a screenshot of the screenshot. Any help would be appreciated. If it makes a difference, I have just formatted my HDD and reinstalled Windows 7.

Download the DirectX Web Installer from http://obsproject.com/go/dxwebsetup

If the web installer won't work, try the DirectX Dependency Fixer from http://obsproject.com/forum/resources/directx-dependency-fixer-dxfix.87/

I downloaded that fist link, went through the process, then right at the end, it gave me this error:

Try the second link then.
