SInce the latest OBS it *seems* the CEF based Web Browse source is pausing while playing video clips in redeems with StreamElements.
It is not 100% of the time. Can be a short video ( seconds ) or long ( minutes ) ... doesn't matter.
Can be right off the bat, seconds into it, or a minute or more. "random"
If it locks up, all I need to do is click on web browser source object in my scene.
As soon as I click on the browser source object or sometimes just OBS itself to make it the active form then it recovers and the video continues.
CPU Usage flows around 0 to 4% usually.
Up until this last update, I never had this happen.
