I have nginx in stalled with OBS so that stream to the Local Lan as well as to youtube. The Youtube stream is fine but the local lan has a huge latency (10- 20 second depending on the video size.) I'm using all Gigabit switching from the OBS box to the Lan pc. Is there any settings in OBS or nginx that I can tweak to reduce the latency?
