Bug Report Lastest Window's Update Won't Allow Broadcast/Local Recording to Start

Since the last windows 10 update, which was about last week, I've been unable to start any type of recording. I've checked my settings too and they haven't been touched. Bringing it up here since I haven't seen anyone else with this issue. Pretty sure it could be me as well but who knows. Anyways here's my last log file.

I've done uninstalls as well, so hopefully we can figure this out.
