Last Version of OBS to Support Windows 8.1?

I'm wondering what the last version of OBS was to support Windows 8.1. The latest download versions do not support it.

No. Up until OBS 27 do have some support for Win 8 but from OBS 28+ it only supports Win 10 and 11
