Hello everyone , I dont know if this is the right section to poste this "problem" of mine but I hope someone can help me anyway...
So I watched a lot of Youtube Tutorials , read a lot of threads and searched far and wide in the Internet , but in my case I found nothing that really helped me out. I tried different Encoder settings , diffrent Bitrates but nothing helped so far.
Correct me if I´m wrong but I think I got at this time not that bad PC specs , not the best but not far from the "top".
WHAT I DO:
I stream on Twitch (Not Patnered) with OBS Studio , Games and maybe some day other things . I use a Webcam, Gamecapture , Window Capture for Desktop , Websource for alerts etc. , some PNG Overlays and Different Scenes.
I would love to make my stream for myself more fun , because even when I just start OBS my framerate Ingame drops
immediately and when I start to stream or recording it gets even stronger. I saw a lot of streamers with the same or even lower CPU and GPU specs (wich as far as I know very important for a good perfomance are) streaming games I never could dream of.
I read a lot about Capture Cards and second Stream PC´s.
I fully resettet my System allready (inklusiv Windows) but that dint change mutch.
MY SPECS :
System: Windows 10 Home
CPU: Intel I7 6700k @4ghz
GPU: Asus GTX 1070 OC Strix
Mainboard:Don´t got the exat name but it got DDR3 ,USB 3.0 a Intel onboard graficscard (I think its from Asus)arround 100 $
Ram: 16GB DDR3 arround a Year old
Hard drive: C:// SSD , for Gaming and porgramms I use a 1TB Harddrive (arround 3 Years old)
Internet Connetion : 400 mbits Down , 26 mbits Up
Correct me if I´m wrong but I think I got at this time not that bad PC specs , not the best but not far from the "top".
OBS STUDIO SETUP :

Output: https://s2.postimg.org/aa8tdkec9/Desktop_08.06.2017_-_16.37.56.17.png

Advanced: https://s1.postimg.org/3upfzw37z/Desktop_08.06.2017_-_16.38.07.21.png
I tested arround with bitrates and some things that I think to understand. I tryed the "Autoconfig" from OBS Studio wich dint suits well.
PROBLEM:
So when I want to stream I play games like Payday 2 , Arma 2 : Operation Arrowhead (Thats anything I can stream without getting very painfull lags) things like GTA V or PUBG are IMPOSSIBLE to stream above 20 fps.
Example
Payday 2 - Without Obs Studio - arround 135-250 FPS . With Obs 10-40 somethimes when the maps are not that full maybe 90 fps.
GTA takes 20 mins to load the singleplayer and when its finished most of the textures dint even load.
PUBG very low fps not playable (I know its early access and not that mutch stable)
I know Streaming takes a lot of hardware and performance but how can someone play GTA V with an i5 and a GTX 750 no capture card or second PC have better performance than me ?!
I build a friend almoste the same PC setup half a year ago (same CPU and GPU) and he got no problem with the same OBS settings.
Meight be the problem with my harddrive?
I hope someone understand my problem and my orthography and is ready to help me.
Thank you in advance
