Question / Help large black borders

Hi, my name is Aaron. I was wondering if there is anyway to get rid of these black borders when recording. My monitor resolution in 1920x1080 and due to the way i stream i have to play my game in windowed mode. I can post photos on my settings page if you want to see my settings. Looks like the transform is scaled to fit the screen

Is the game running in a 16:9 resolution when in Windowed mode? It looks like it is in a 16:10 resolution, so when made scaled to fit it will leave black bars on either side.

These are the common 16:10 resolutions

1280×800, 1440×900,1680×1050, 1920×1200 and 2560×1600
