Laptop to Multiple TV Channels via Channelizer

Hey hey people!

I'm well-versed in the streaming capabilities of OBS, but recently my job has asked me to replace their traditional 3 DVD to 9 TV system (Output from each DVD is being fed into a channelizer that broadcasts to all 9 TVs across a single coaxle cable. Each channel is a different DVD player) with a simple laptop and some coding to produce a playlist of DVDs instead of manually swapping each one out manually every hour or half-hour.

My question is thus:
Can OBS be used to divide a single HDMI output OR a single ethernet cable to be recognized and split into a channelizer for distribution for distribution across 9 TVs? If so, how?
We are trying to do this on a cheap laptop with as few output cables as possible AND without having to rewire the entire business.

If not, what would you personally suggest to attack this problem and bring this 90s-style business into the 21st century?
