Question / Help Laptop Streaming

Hi i have Lenovo y510p but my stream sometimes is lagging for 2-3 sec idk why i have 25/25 mb/s
also my stream quality is bad so maybe u can help me with this

1. dont stream over wifi. use ethernet cable to connect to modem. this indicates your wifi is a problem and makes you loose data

2. always enable vsync in game for streaming/recording

you cant upscale in obs. on video tab set scaled resolution to 1280x720 with lanczos filter
4. use high encoder profile for better quality

to offload cpu you should try quicksync, seems you need to enable it in bios and install latest stable driver for hd 4600

Ty for help but i want ask u about one more thing i have 2x GT 755m SLI i dont think it works can i do something with this ?
