I have been having an issue of recording by having my obs screen having it black and I check the forum and it says about a graphic or gpu thing so i checked mine and i only have one gpu and it is intel hd graphics family. So I don't really know what is the problem that is causing the black screen.

Try disabling its hardware acceleration option. Read http://ccm.net/faq/35743-google-chrome-how-to-disable-hardware-acceleration
If you're trying to window capture TwitchAlerts, you should add its widget URL as a browser source instead.
