Question / Help Laptop, OBS and Capture Card Question

Hi Guys I currently use OBS with my Xbox One via WIndows 10 app and I keep getting high encoding errors through out the stream. So I have decided that I want to buy a Capture Card was thinking of the Elgato HD but I was wondering if my laptop could handle it. I just want to me able to have a smoother stream then what I have now.

Specs:

Processor: AMD A6-6310 APU w/AMD Radeon R4 graphics 1.80 ghz
RAM: 4GB
System: 64 bit operating system.x64 based processor
