Question / Help Laptop gets white screen with Window Capture in Word - tried suggestions

After each update of OBS, I continue to run into problems with this:

I added Window Capture to share what I am writing in Microsoft Word. The white screen comes up -- Sometimes I'm able to see the gray margins in the program, sometimes not, but I can't get the capture to recognize the words written in the document.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Current Logline below.

To use window capture for the Microsoft Office desktop programs, it is required to disable hardware acceleration within the options of the corresponding Office desktop program.
If you use the shop/mobile version of Microsoft Office, you have to resort to Display Capture.
