Laptop game capture showing black screen even after setting everything on HIGH PERFORMANCE

Hello everyone.

This is my last hope. I have Lenovo Ideapad gaming 3 laptop. My game capture is just not working. I only have black screen. I've put every possible thing on High performance. I watched hundreds of tutorials but nothing helped. When I switched to high performance only Window capture is working and only my main screen is being recorded. But I can't record or stream with window capture because of fps drops. Please can you somehow help me?

hi,

what does your game capture settings window look like? this sounds odd...
also, what game is it? because some games simply refuse to be captured other than by windows capture (best example is destiny 2) and bungie has no intention to change that at all and refer to anti cheat reasons.
