Laptop - Capture game and desktop at the same time on multiple GPUs

Is there a way to turn off the iGPU completely, so the game or the desktop is running on the dedicated nVidia/AMD GPU?
Or is the only solution to buy a laptop without iGPU, like a laptop with Intel i5-9300HF ..
I want to switch scenes between a game and the desktop ..
If I turn off the iGPU in the Device Manager, or/and switch in nVidia 3D settings to nVidia GPU, then my desktop uses the Windows basic drivers.
Maybe add explorer.exe to the nVidia program settings list, and set it to use nVidia GPU? I haven't tried it out yet.

I think I have found a solution, a workaround. My second display (1280x1028), connected with a HDMI/VGA adapter, somehow uses the dedicated nVidia graphics card by default.
This means I can record my second monitor and the game at the same time,
if I switch in nVidia settings that OBS should use the nVidia GPU instead of the iGPU.
