Question / Help Lanczos scalling

Lanczos scalling situated in general settings of video scalling.
And also if rightclick on scene,one more scalling filter there offed default, but it could be also Lanczos scalling.
Does it applies twice?

Yes. You are applying one scale filter the actual output (i.e. the final rendered scene) and one to the source/scene itself.
