Question / Help Lags when streaming only cs:go

Hello i have problem with streaming cs:go.
Everything is okay in any other game. I can play h1z1 with streaming and stable 50fps without any problem.

Computer spec:
hard drive - Seagate 1TB, SATAIII, 7200RPM, 64MB cache
RAM - Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 2133MHz CL14
Processor - Intel Core i5-6400, 2.7GHz, 6MB, BOX
MB - MSI H110M PRO-D, H110, DDR4, SATA3, USB 3.1, mATX
Graphics Card- Asus Radeon RX 470 4GB GDDR5 (256 Bit) 2xDVI-D, HDMI
PSU - SilentiumPC Vero M1 600W 80Plus

ping when playing - 50-70
fps when playing - 250-300
