I have such a problem, I connected a second monitor not long ago, and now I began to see everything that happens in the OBS and on the stream (I brought the stream to the OBS too) and noticed that after a while (always different) it starts to lag in the preview of the OBS and on the stream too begins. It happens that the OBS continues to lag like on the stream everything is already becoming fine. It happens that in the preview, the OBS only lags. I don't know how to cope with this problem, I even reinstalled the computer completely (formatted absolutely everything) What does it mean in the statistics, both in the OBS and in the game, and on the PC, it shows that everything is fine. please help me.

There are no errors in the log, I checked it through the site. The game mode is as it should be, I also run it through the administrator.
twitch.tv/videos/836045721 - until 1.36.22 everything was very smooth. Well, then, as if the FPS fell.
I've already tried to do it for 2 weeks, nothing comes out. and Windows reinstalled, and completely formatted the disk, nothing helps. Graphics settings in Windows are turned off, as it was said on the site. I set the priority of the process for the OBS high, also nothing.
In the game, everything is always 60 frames and everything is always smooth.
I posted the log after the stream from the bottom. I'm sorry I don't know English.
