Question / Help Lags in OBS while ingame - no lags with tabbed out.

Hello,

i have a problem with OBS.
If im Streaming any Game i got laggs in OBS (not in the game) while i am ingame.
If im tabbing out its on 60fps.
My hardware:
i5-8600k
GeForce GTX 1070ti
16GB RAM
