Question / Help Lags in OBS and Stream but my Game works perfect.

Hey guys!
at first, games like CS:GO and NBA 2K17 works perfect when i stream them but when i want to stream games like H1Z1 KOTK or Shadow of Mordor, the game lags in OBS but my game works perfect with 100fps+..

Hardware: i7-3770K 3,5GHz
R9 280 3g Graphiccard 3GB
2x4GB HyperX Ram 1600MHz and 8 gb ram no name
Upload ~5,5mbits in i set 2500 in OBS

There is no info in OBS studio at the buttom, like dropping frames etc.. my CPU is at mby 30% when i stream that games.. what can be the issue ? is my hardware to bad ?

you need to post a log with a recording/stream in it using the settings you are getting the problem with. record/stream for a few minutes, then upload current log. (find out how to post a log here)

Try turning on VSync or capping your framerate your PC is probably using all its resources running the game and there arent enough left to encode with. Capping your framerate should free up some resources.
