Question / Help Laggy video while recording CS:GO 1080p60

So I wanted to record my CS:GO gameplay in 1080p60. The quality of the video is very low and it feels very laggy. When I lower the recording framerate the video looks better, it doesn’t feel laggy but it is not smooth enough. My game is still smooth and there aren’t any FPS drops. I have a very good computer (rtx 2080, i7 9700k etc.) so it must be a problem with OBS. I tried everything but it didn’t work. It only increased the quality a little bit. Please, I need help with that.

No output session in log. No performance data is written to the logfile until a session ends.

Open OBS, start a recording session, observe your issue, stop the recording, then upload the log.

also I cannot see the issue on the preview, only on the video

If you quit OBS after ending a session and then reopen it, you need to upload the Last Log.

If you stop streaming and upload before quitting, you need to upload the Current Log.

In this log, OBS starts and shuts down. No other actions:

Yup.

Tiny bit of encoding lag. What are you playing the video back with?

Use VLC. If you're using whatever the default movie player in Windows is these days it's possible the player itself is choking on the playback of your 1080p60 recording. The log doesn't show much in the way of performance issue.
