Laggy Video Production

Yes, I have tried numerous solutions, yet none of them have worked. However, I reset my pc a while ago and the production quality was just fine.

Specifications: i9-9900K, 32 GB, RTX 2070 Super, 240 Hz.
Wifi Speed Is usually 200 - 240 Mbps/Second.
