Question / Help Laggy Video On Twitch Stream Only

Hello,

I am using a dual PC setup with obs ndi and my stream is laggy/stuttering on the twitch video stream only. My CPU usage is about 60% and temperature don't go over 70 degree Celsius.

I recently changed to an SSD and fresh windows 10 install and didn't have this issue previously using these settings. I have attached my log. I disabled windows 10 game dvr and recording, not seeing option to disable game mode in settings.

Also tried running OBS in admin even though the above log file says file it didnt upload the most recent one just fyi

UPDATE: I changed it to 30 FPS in video settings and stuttering is gone. Is there a reason why having 60 enabled causes it to stutter on twitch video?

Also is happening on recording as well on 60 FPS only

You use x264 with the slow preset, but your CPU isn't able to handle this preset with 60 fps. 30 fps are better, because you have double the time to encode a frame, but still overload your CPU. Use the fast preset instead of the slow preset. The slow preset uses (wastes) 5-10 times the cpu power, but result in only 1-3% better quality. The visual difference is not noticeable.
