Laggy video. Help?

Hey,
I'm no specialist but if you games aren't normally laggy you maybe should lower the graphic while recording, if that's not the case it could also be a problem with ur network, maybe switch to a wired connection? Did you also pay attention ur ping?
Well it worked before with no problems. Now it just lags with no reason. Didn't change a thing. I even lowered the OBS settings to something that looks horrible but it's still ugly. I don't know what's going on
Try running OBS as admin and change CQP to 20 not 15, thats kinda overkill.
I have almost the same issue on a beast System.. no solutions yet!
I did that also but nothing. It's weird since a month ago everything worked fine and I haven't changed a thing. I play with high fps and no stuttering but the recordings have so much micro stuttering. I switched to another Screen recorder since I can't manage to fix this.
Same problem here.. with 3950X hooked on 3080 / 32 GB RAM.. it's not your fault I think it has something to do with windows.. as I get same results on ShadowplayI did that also but nothing. Same thing for me in terms of ShadowPlay. No one knows what the problem is.
Only solution for me is to record 120FPS and render at 60fps.. for smooth video

Depends on the refresh rate for me. Game runs smoothly while I record on 144hz and unlocked fps but the recording looks like 20FPS. But when I lock the fps at 60,change the game to 144hz and then the recording looks ok with a lot of micro stutters. If i take the game to 60hz a lot of screen tearing appears.
