Question / Help Laggy video, but good fps while playing

My computer is a 1 year old Gaming PC btw.
So this happens in every recording that i try to make with OBS, while I'm recording the game i have stable 60 fps, but when I see the video that i recorded it seems to have 5-7 fps and i don't know why, I've seen some guides on the best settings and I still have problems on the videos that i record with OBS.

You're overloading your processor heavily. Especially being on the faster preset. Kick it down to Very Fast and see if that helps. If not, then you'll have to kick down the fps from 60 to 30fps because your processor can only take so much.
