Question / Help Laggy video after OBS Recording (locally)

Hello together,

I have been experiencing issues regarding the OBS Studio 23.0.1 (64 bit).
The output video is laggy and after trying different settings, it seems that even with low quality Recording, the video is still having delays.
The log file is attached.

Please let me know if more info is required from my side.
