Laggy/stuttering OBS preview..

Ok, so... I am out of ideas on what it could be.
When I am playing a video on my Xbox Series X OBS preview and recording is perfectly smooth and runs fine, however.. soon as I've loaded up a game and started playing..immediately the lag/stutter kicks in on obs preview and recording... even the game cut scenes are smooth ... only when gameplay is present the stutter starts. I am not missing frames, ... so I'm clueless, lol

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

and need your video settings from your xbox witch Capturecard did you use ?

I'm using the foscomax capture card. 4k60 pass-through with 1080p60 streaming. Xbox series x resolution is set to UHD 4k60fps
