Question / Help Laggy Stream

I use a window capture for my Elgato and the Elgato runs smooth, but in obs it is terribly laggy. The preview screen and the stream/recording skips frames. Is there a way to fix this?

Window capture in general performs very poorly. I recommend using Display Capture instead.
