Hello there!
I am a Youtube streamer. Since the last 3 days, my viewers have been telling me that my stream is lagging for them. I checked OBS and indeed I was dropping frames. I have no idea as to why this is happening since I havent done any changes to my settings. This usually happens when Im streaming PUBG on Youtube. I was streaming Minecraft on twitch the other day and everything was fine. There was no lag.
My PC Specs:
CPU: Intel i5-8600K @3.6Ghz
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 FE
RAM: 16GB
Here is the log of my last stream on Youtube. Please note that I was trying to test my settings with an unlisted stream so you will see that on the logs too. My stream went live at 21:23:26.680 timestamp.

My speedtest result
The unlisted test streams show no problem but as soon as I go live, the problems arise. My stream also did disconnect inbetween but my game and chat was still going on so I wasnt disconnected from the internet. Since I have an RTX card, I tried using the New NVENC encoder but that results in encoder overload issue so I switched back to normal NVENC.
Please guide me as to what I can do to fix this issue!
