I am getting a laggy stream and when OBS is on at all (even not streaming or recording, just open) it causes my game to be jittery like my refresh rate has been lowered on my monitor (but I still have 90+ fps). I have tried all kinds of different settings and can't figure it out. I even completely reinstalled Windows 10 for a completely fresh start and it still has the same problem.
PC specs:
i7-4770k @ 4.2 ghz
980ti
16GB RAM
100mb down / 25mb up internet connection
I have tried higher and lower settings and get the same results. I have been trying to just get it to stream at 720p 30 fps and 3000 bitrate, but it doesn't run smoothly and my computer should be able to handle better quality than that.
