Hello. So, I was streaming earlier or should I say trying to stream (I always encounter a problem) and when re-watching the stream I noticed that it was laggy, in the sense that it was almost unwatchable. I wouldn't go to a stream that is this laggy so I'm not sure if it has something to do with my settings or what to do to fix it. I'm new to all of this and it gets really frustrating sometimes not knowing what's wrong. Also last time out when trying to display capture and playing Rocket League while streaming, I notice the game screen cropped, it showed the full game but didn't fit ht entire screen. If anyone would be so kind to help me with this please, I would appreciate it a lot. Log: https://hastebin.com/elimokocop

1080p60 is most likely a bit too much for a mobile CPU on veryfast preset. I would recommend streaming 720p60 when using x264 or 1080p60 with NVENC.

Your first Settings were with 30000 Bitrate thats a bit excessive for Twitch and most other streaming platforms except for youtube probably and on the other hand 2500 Bitrate is way too low to achieve proper quality with 1080p60.

There are multiple entries of encoding lag:
9:17:21 PM.591: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 652/786 (83.0%)
9:18:24 PM.799: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 415/548 (75.7%)
9:19:37 PM.713: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 77/283 (27.2%)
11:59:47 PM.495: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 88223/459365 (19.2%)
12:20:17 AM.914: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 27416/60527 (45.3%)

Try using the anti cheat compatibility for PUBG and cap your ingame framerate.

Using a Capture Card with a single PC Setup is pretty useless.

For the cropped capture you can try the property->transform->fit to screen

Last but not least disable game DVR

I was using the capture card to play on Ps4 while streaming, I forgot to mention. Thank you, good sir. You just earned a twitch follow.

Thanks for the follow.

Okay, using a cpature card to capture PS4 footage is obviously perfectly fine :)

Are your problems fixed now?

Your connection issues are probably due to a couple things:
1. The ingest server you are using sucks so you may want to try another one (sometimes the closest isnt the best) and they tend to have issues ever now and then.
2. Maybe a anti-virus (try disabling before doing a test stream.
3. Maybe Windows/ steam/ the countless of other things that randomly start updating on either your pc or a pc on the network, schedule updates are your friend.
Also I think there is a guide for connections issues that covers most of the things that could be causing it, it may be a pinned guide.

Yeah I think it could be the server. It was in auto-select so I tested which server was the best for me and chose that one. I recorded like 30 minutes of gameplay yesterday to test and had no problem whatsoever with frames skipping. Hope everything goes well when I stream today. Thank you for taking the time to answer!
