Below is an attached clip from a test stream attempting to show the issue but in the VOD you dont notice anything on my end at least.
I was trying to stream last night while playing comp so my buddy could watch but he kept telling me my stream kept freezing and lagging.
On my end though, at least through OBS everything seemed fine.. Same settings ive always used and bitrate was in the green.. However, when you look in the twitch dashboard it was in the red showing only roughly 5500kbps instead of the 7k I had set in OBS. Ill also attach the LOG file if thatll help decipher the issue. Thanks again guys.
