Question / Help Laggy recordings

So, when I record League of Legends fotage, everything looks all fine and smooth, but when I switch to recording csgo or sometimes rocker league, the videos gets laggy and freeze alot. My fps meter always tells me about atleast 200+ when I record and my speccs should be able to hand everything just fine (gyazo just to make sure https://gyazo.com/a73158b5429f2e3af40d5db55f617444) Please help, I really enjoy OBS otherwise
 
In case of problems, MP4 gets corrupted and you loose all footage.
You can remux FLV to MP4 afterwards with OBS
