In output set
Rate Control to CQP and set it to 18 (if you are still getting encoding lag set higher but don't go past 22)
Preset to Max Performance (there is no difference in quality between Quality and Max performance with 30 series nvidia cards)
Profile to High
Turn off look ahead
Max b frames to 0
in video set downscale filter to bilinear and your base and canvas resolutions to 1080p
In advanced mess around with the process priority and see what gives the least encoding lag
Make sure to always run OBS as administrator and to disable the preview window(right click it and click disable preview)
