Hi guys.
Over the past week or two, I've been experiencing trouble with my recordings.
I record a lot of gameplay videos for YouTube, and recently, almost all of my videos have been "off" in one way or another. The most common problem is laggy playback (I'll link an example below). I tried to use a faster CPU Usage preset, but that resulted in the video cutting off early. I've also tried reinstalling, which didn't help. This happens with multiple games, so it's not just the one game that causes issues.
Sorry if I'm not very descriptive, or if this is a simple fix, or if I'm just plain stupid. I've seen topics about "dropped frames," but they all relate to streaming. I only record to desktop, so I figured they don't apply to me.
It's also worth noting that I've been recording and uploading videos for just about a year now, but I've only gotten trouble recently.

And I've also included the log file. It includes two recordings, both of which had the same issue. The attached video is a cut-down version of the first recording.
